Norai is a product company first.
We build production AI systems for Australian businesses. TechFlow is the workflow we developed for our own team across our own products. We figured it out for ourselves, then turned it into something other teams could install.
How we got here.
We started shipping AI products for ourselves before we ever sold an engagement. The work taught us something obvious in hindsight: AI changed who can build software, not how it gets built. The teams using AI tools without a real workflow kept hitting the same wall — quick prototypes that didn’t deploy, no git, no staging, no tests, no path to a real product.
The workflow we built for our own team kept getting borrowed by people we worked with. After the third or fourth time someone asked us to install it for their team, we packaged it up. That’s TechFlow.
Norai is still a product company. Every part of TechFlow is something we use ourselves, every day, on the AI systems we ship for clients and on our own products. If we wouldn’t use it, it’s not in the engagement.

Mutual, plain English, signed before any technical conversation. We don’t hear about your build until paper is in place.
Your IP, your code
Full assignment of everything we build during the engagement. Templates and patterns we reuse are open about which side they come from before kickoff.
Local-first by design
We work in your repos, your cloud, your accounts. By default, nothing leaves your environment. Where third-party services are unavoidable, we name them up front.
